Dear Valued Client,
I am writing this letter to inform you of my decision to retire. As a result of this decision, I have chosen to sell the company to BAYADA Home Health Care. I chose BAYADA due to the strong alignment of culture and values between both organizations.
BAYADA has over 43 years of specialized expertise in home health care, national resources, and a business plan to continue providing quality care 100 years from now. Professional Nursing Service and BAYADA Share a parallel mission to serve our clients with great quality care and excellence.
First let me reassure you that you will continue to receive the services you need. Additionally, services will continue to be covered by your insurance as it is today. Both organizations are working to minimize the disruption to your services as much as possible.
Care will continue as is under Professional Nursing Service until April 22nd 2018. If that date would change, we would notify you.

No, the office address, telephone number and fax number will be the same as the current Professional Nursing Service office.
What are the standard BAYADA office hours?
BAYADA office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
What are the on-call procedures?
All BAYADA offices have 24-hour coverage for all calls and requests after regular business hours.
